IDSS Staff Provides Innovative Training to Its Premier Partner, Xerox Canada
IDSS Chief Engineer and CEO Larry Hunt along with Vice-President and Technical Director Brian Lemaster recently provided an innovative training program to Team Leaders of the Sales Division of Xerox Canada at Xerox University in Leesburg, Virginia. Xerox Canada has been one of IDSS’ Premier Partners for a number of years. IDSS has integrated a number of products - the DCDS Module, Edge DCFlow™, EdgePDFPlus™, the KFDS Module, and the DCKF Module - to dramatically increase the functionality of Xerox MFDs (multi-function devices). Hunt and Lemaster provided training on developing client solutions using an array of Edge products and products developed exclusively for Xerox.Edge2004 integrates the best of IDSS’ document management products into one convenient document management solution. The product’s security features meet the demands of today’s technology and protect customer information. Its encrypted password feature and multiple interface upgrades including a new Edge Workflow™, user account and DocuShare (Xerox) interfaces, a new active search and select interface make this one of the company’s most popular products.
The IDS Sales Team provided a follow on training program via the web to select Xerox sales people across Canada that included product features of the DCDS Module and Edge2004™ with sales tips to enable them to bundle better business process management solutions for Canadian businesses.
