New Medical Records "Digitization
On Demand" Services
Starting in January 2010, IDS will be
offering a new service to help healthcare providers deal
with and defer the high cost of digitizing patient medical
records to meet new healthcare initiatives on the horizon.
 The program offer's medical records inventory and secure storage, digitization on demand in 24 hours, delivery if needed, and a HIPAA Compliant and Encrypted Hosted MedDocs Secure Portal to access scanned records. Standard Service Fees* : Set-up, inventory and pick-up( Mid-Atlantic area) one time fee - $1000.00 Monthly Storage of Records - per std box ( 15 X 11 X 12) - 2.50 Monthly Storage of Records - per legal box - 3.00 Record Pull and Scan per file (50 pages) - 10.00 MedDocs Secure Hosted Portal (2GB) Monthly Fee - 350.00 * Fees are based on a 1 year services contract.
